30 Days Returns Policy

We operate a 30 days return policy. If you changed your mind about the buy please proceed to do the following.

  1. Contact our customer services team on info@primeethos.com  or call us on 0800 611 8816
  2. We will then check your order and confirm a return.
    We will provide you a warehouse address for our returns.
    Please note, do not send the returns to our office address. Only send the returns to a designated warehouse address we provide. 
  3. You need to Pack the scooter properly in the original box that was sent or similar.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned scooter. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or Paypal account, within 24 hours. It may take few working days to show in your bank account

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
